The role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant requires working under pressure to tight deadlines involving sales, account management, business development and the management of the recruitment lifecycle on behalf of your clients.
You will be constantly challenged in your ability to reach set targets, bring in new business, manage and develop existing business and generate revenue.
