Construction is at the very heart of Bamford and has been since our doors first opened for business over 20 years ago, suppying trades and labour to local Construction companies in the  Manchester area. Bamford continuously works in partnership  with our varied client base  to help us to source the best possible Construction Jobs in the area.

Although we have diversified into other specialist sectors, our Construction Recruitment Service still accounts for around two thirds of our total revenue. Bamford Contract Services  also  remain the longest established and largest specialist construction agency in the local  area - an accolade we are proud to retain year on year. 

From our North West headquarters we provide a local, regional and national service, regularly filling construction job vacancies across the UK  whilst still maintaining our policy of wherever possible  recruiting local people for local jobs.

We supply trades & labour to  both Public & Private Sectors - ranging from Local Authorities, social housing,  to nationwide blue chip commercial, housing and shopfitting contractors to small family firms.

Our totally flexible service allows us to source temporary construction jobs for most building trades, M&E trades  and plant operators- often at  short notice. The number of available jobs varies day by day and once you have registered it’s a good idea to keep in touch as often as possible to help secure the right job for you.
